Patrick McMahon IS THE DEPUTY CHIEF UNDERWRITER AND ASSIST the Underwriting and Loan
Processing team at Bulls Capital Partners. This unit sizes
and assesses multifamily loans on a national basis. His
duties include WORKING WITH THE CHIEF UNDERWRITER TO
ESTABLISH Credit Policy, compliance with Fannie Mae
guidelines and requirements, portfolio quality,
transactional analysis and evaluation, and industry
relations.
Background
Mr. McMahon most
recently served as a Principal and Senior Underwriter with
Prudential Mortgage Capital Corporation.
During his many years of
real estate experience, Mr. McMahon has worked in the
areas of accounting, finance, development, and
underwriting. Immediately preceding Prudential Mortgage
Capital Corporation, he was a Senior Underwriter at Reilly
Mortgage. Prior to this, he was a Vice President and
Principal at CreditVest, a contract due diligence firm
that pioneered conduit underwriting. While there, he also
worked on restructuring affordable housing transactions
under HUD’s Mark-to-Market program, and consulted with
Fannie Mae on the design and implementation of their
Post-Purchase Monitoring program.
Education
Mr. McMahon received a
Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Duquesne University
and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. He has also
completed courses at the University of Southern
California.
