Bulls Capital Partners LLC, Vienna, Va., announced the appointment of
Patrick McMahon as chief underwriter and Pamela Short as staff
underwriter.

McMahon is responsible for all underwriting activities, credit policy
and investor relations. Prior to assuming this position, he served as
deputy chief underwriter for Bulls Capital Partners. He joined Bulls
Capital Partners in May, 2005 from Prudential Mortgage Capital Corp.,
where he was a principal; prior to Prudential, he was a senior
underwriter with Reilly Mortgage, and was vice president and principal
of CreditVest.

Short is responsible for screening, processing, sizing and underwriting
loans in accordance with Fannie Mae standards. She is also responsible
for coordinating deal flow with the production department, and acts as
liaison with the closing department. She joins Bulls Capital Partners
with 16 years experience in the commercial mortgage banking industry,
including her role as quality control specialist with the multifamily
division of Freddie Mac and key positions with two DUS lenders.
