Bulls Capital Partners LLC, Vienna, Va., named Angela Coleman, AMP, as manager of closing and quality control supervisor of servicing and asset management. She is responsible for management of the closing process and interacts with borrowers and the Bulls Capital Partners underwriting teams for delivery of loans for Fannie Mae purchase.

Coleman has more than 15 years' experience in commercial mortgage banking, include posts as senior closing coordinator with a DUS lender. She has also worked as a senior legal assistant at Nixon Peabody LLP, where she worked with the affordable housing and syndication groups.
