Mark Van Kirk
is a founding
partner, COO and Chief Administrative Officer of Bulls Capital Partners, LLC a Fannie
Mae (FNM/NYSE) Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUSTM)
lender offering a full array of financing solutions to
owners of multifamily property.
Background
Mr. Van Kirk previously served as Director of
Counterparty Risk at Fannie Mae.
During his many years of real estate experience, Mr. Van
Kirk has worked in the areas of accounting, finance and
asset management. Immediate preceding Fannie Mae, he
was Senior Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Prior
to this, he was a Vice President at Wachovia National Bank
(formerly First Union National Bank). Prior to that, he
was a Corporate Banking Officer with Riggs National Bank.
Education
Mr. Van Kirk received a Bachelor of Arts in Business
Administration from Elon University and a MBA from the
American University. He has also completed a credit
analysis and commercial lending training program at Riggs
National Bank, and completed courses at the ABA Stonier
Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware.
He also attended the ABA National Graduate School of
Compliance Management at the University of Oklahoma.
