Help the Homeless Walk, 2006
On November 11th, 2006 members of the Bulls Capital
Partner Team volunteered for the "Help the Homeless" walk,
sponsored by Fannie Mae. Bulls Capital Partners served
as a Silver sponsor for this year's Fannie Mae Help The
Homeless walk. We would like to thank all of our partners and
employees who contributed to this great cause.
The Fannie Mae Help the
Homeless Program program offers shelter, food, supportive
services but most importantly hope. More than 40% of the
homeless are families and a third of those have children.
Life challenges cause people to become homeless, such as
eviction, job loss, illness, an abusive home and many other
reasons. Bulls Capital Partners is a proud supporter of the
Fannie Mae Help the Homeless Program.

President, Housing and Community Development, Fannie Mae, Herman Bulls, CEO, Bulls
Capital Partners and Phillip Weber, Senior Vice
President Multifamily, Fannie Mae complete Fannie
Mae's 18th Annual Help The Homeless Walk on the Mall in
Washington DC on November 11, 2006.
The Fannie
Mae Help the Homeless program has raised an considerable
amount of much needed money, every year since 1988, for more
than 220 nonprofit organizations focusing on helping homeless
people and those at risk of homelessness. The main event is
the Fannie Mae Help the Homeless Walkathon and the 2006 event
occurred on Saturday, November 18, 2006 in Washington, DC,
with over 80,000 walkers. This was a great event with the
walkers taking the historical 5k route around The National
Mall. Bulls Capital Partners again had a 100 percent
participation in the Help the Homeless program in 2006,
including the majority of Bulls Capital Partners' service
providers.
