Alicia Cotton
is an integral member of the Production
Division at Bulls Capital Partners. This unit sources
multifamily financing transactions on a national basis.
Her duties include managing screening and marketing
activities and interfacing with the Underwriting and
Closing Divisions, to provide high quality, and
responsive communication with prospective customers and
clients of the firm.
Background
Ms. Cotton
joined Bulls Capital Partners having close to ten years of
commercial real estate experience, five of those years
working as a Production Analyst with one of the top Fannie
Mae DUS lenders in the country. Before beginning her
career in finance, Ms. Cotton has also worked as a
Paralegal specializing in Nonprofit Transactional Law and
in the insurance industry as a Commercial Lines
Underwriter.
Education and Affiliations
Ms. Cotton holds a
Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing from California
State University, Northridge.
