Bulls Capital Partners Finances Florida Portfolio

Closes on Three Loans in Metropolitan Orlando Totaling $8.4 Million

Vienna, Virginia--Apr 4, 2006 - Bulls Capital Partners, LLC, a multifamily financial service provider and Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS) lender has placed loans on three garden-style apartment complexes in the Orlando, Florida area. In separate transactions, Bulls Capital Partners placed $2.4 million in financing for Silver Terrace II in Orlando, $3.4 million for Pineview Apartments in Orlando and $2.6 million for Heatherwood Apartments in Kissimmee

All three apartment complexes have spacious one- and two-bedroom units with standard appliance and amenity packages, and are conveniently located near employment centers.

Mark Koivu served as key principal for the three borrowing entities. Tony Ferry, Vice President of SunTrust Bank, originated the loans for the three transactions.
