Bulls Capital Partners Promotes Alicia Cotton to Assistant Vice President

 

Vienna, Virginia--September 25, 2007 -- Bulls Capital Partners, LLC, a multifamily financial service provider and Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS®) lender, announced today that it has promoted Alicia Cotton to Assistant Vice President, Production.  Alicia, an industry veteran for close to ten years, has been employed by Bulls Capital Partners for one year.  She previously served as Senior Production Analyst.

“Alicia Cotton has been a critical member of our team as we have originated approximately $300 million in loans during the last thirty months”, said Herman Bulls, President and CEO of Bulls Capital Partners.  “Her attention to detail, client oriented focus and ability to work effectively with fellow team members sets her apart in the production arena”.

Alicia’s responsibilities include managing front-end production and marketing activities and interfacing with the Underwriting and Closing Divisions to provide high quality and responsive communication with current correspondents and prospective customers and clients of the firm.
