Bulls Capital Partners Hosts Mortgage Correspondent's
Conference

Bulls Capital Partners, LLC, a multifamily financial
service provider and Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting
and Servicing (DUS®) lender, announced today that it
held its first Correspondents' Conference on February 26
& 27, 2007 at the Tysons Corner, Virginia Ritz Carlton
Hotel. The purpose of the conference was to enhance the
product knowledge of the current correspondent network
as well as recognize those correspondents who
contributed to Bulls Capital Partners' outstanding
second year of production totaling $139 million during
2006. The following firms are correspondents of Bulls
Capital Partners and had representatives attend the
conference -- Capital Solutions, Eastern Union Funding,
Evanston Financial, Jones Lang LaSalle, SunTrust, and
Syracuse Securities.

Formed on February 28, 2005, Bulls Capital Partners has
originated approximately $250 million in multifamily
loans since its inception. The firm works both through a
correspondent network as well as direct originations.

New Products Reviewed
Conference activities included a review of 2006
activities as well as an outlook for 2007. Discussions
centered on key issues related to sourcing,
underwriting, closing, and servicing loans in today's
competitive market environment. Additionally a session
on the application of technology to the mortgage
industry was also conducted. In addition to Alphonso
Jackson, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development,
other speakers included senior Fannie Mae executives
including, Kenneth J. Bacon, executive vice president
- Housing and Community Development (HCD) and Phillip
J. Weber, senior vice president - Multifamily. Several
Fannie Mae product specialists also participated and
reviewed several innovative Fannie Mae products and
enhancements including Supplemental Financing, Single
Asset Substitution, Mezzanine Financing and Student
Housing.

Secretary Jackson Focuses on Affrodable
Housing
The conference opened with remarks by Secretary Jackson.
"I am pleased to say that we all share one thing in
common; we want affordable housing for families," said
Jackson. "We must find every way and explore every
avenue to generate, secure, and maintain affordable
housing." The Secretary also reviewed activities the
Department of Housing and Urban Development is taking
under his leadership to increase homeownership and
create 5.5 million new minority homeowners by 2010.
Ken Bacon stressed the initiatives Fannie Mae is taking
to be responsive to the market. "Fannie Mae is always
exploring ways to provide our lenders and other partners
with the resources and tools they need to grow their
business," said Bacon. "We leverage the full scope of
our expertise across our businesses to provide access to
our people, our capital, and our knowledge."
William J. Maher, Director of North American Research &
Strategy for LaSalle Investment Management, provided an
overview on capital flows and market conditions for
commercial real estate. Mark Van Kirk, COO/CFO and
CO-Founder of Bulls Capital Partners, provided an
overview of 2006 Bulls Capital Partners' activities as
well as moderated a Fannie Mae product review panel.
Other activities during the conference included updates
on the firm's marketing and production plans for 2007, a
review of current underwriting issues as well as
discussions on current trends related to closing and
servicing loans.

from 2006 were recognized during the awards portion of
the program. Top producers included David Hendrickson of
Jones Lang LaSalle, Tony Ferry of SunTrust and Tom
Demery of Capital Solutions.
