Bulls Capital Partners Hires Angela Coleman for Closing Position

Vienna, Virginia, January 13, 2006 – Bulls Capital Partners LLC, a multi-family financial service provider and Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing (DUS™) lender, has named Angela Coleman as Manager of Closing and Quality Control Supervisor of servicing and asset management.

Ms. Coleman is responsible for management of the closing process and interacts with borrowers and the Bulls Capital Partners underwriting teams for delivery of loans for Fannie Mae purchase. Her 15 years of experience in commercial mortgage banking industry include posts as Senior Closing Coordinator with a DUS lender where she was instrumental in closing over 100 transactions. She has also worked as a Senior Legal Assistant at Nixon Peabody, LLP where she worked with the affordable housing and syndication groups. Ms. Coleman is a 2005 recipient of the Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation from the Mortgage Banking Association’s School of Mortgage Banking.

Ms Coleman will work from Bulls Capital Partners’ headquarters office in Vienna, Virginia, and will report to Mark B. Van Kirk, Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder.
