Angela
Coleman is
Manager of Closing and Quality Control Supervisor for
Bulls Capital Partners, LLC a Fannie Mae (FNM/NYSE)
Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS™) lender
offering a full array of financing solutions to owners of
multifamily property.
Current
Responsibilities
Ms. Coleman is
responsible for the closing, funding and delivery of loans
to Fannie Mae. She oversees all aspects of servicing,
which includes ensuring the timely transfer of mortgage
payment collections and account postings, monitoring all
reporting and remittances to investors, and providing
exceptional customer service to borrowers. She is also
responsible for monitoring all assets within the Bulls
Capital Partners portfolio, which includes managing all
decisions affecting borrowers, property conditions and/or
escrow activity.
Relevant Experience
Ms. Coleman has more
than 15 years in the real estate industry. She started her
career in the residential market, working for First
American Title. From there, she advanced to working as a
legal assistant on commercial transactions for Nixon
Peabody, Ballard Spahr and other firms, where she gained
experience in specialized transactions such as portfolio
acquisitions, affordable housing and credit facilities.
Education and
Affiliations
Ms. Coleman received her
Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of
Maryland at College Park. She is a recent recipient of the
Accredited Mortgage Professional (“AMP”) designation
granted by the Mortgage Bankers Association’s School of
Mortgage Banking.
